You book a free fifteen-minute call to talk about what\'s going on. We match you with a practitioner whose style and approach fits what you\'re looking for. Sessions are online, weekly, usually fifty minutes, held at a time that works for your life.
You stay with the same person for as long as the work serves you. There\'s no minimum commitment, no package to buy, no pressure to keep going if it isn\'t helping. The only goal is that you feel, over time, like more of yourself.
