One of the quiet realities of modern life is that many of us live between places. We grew up in one country, studied in another, work in a third. We carry languages, contexts, and grief that doesn\'t translate easily into local idioms. When we go looking for therapy, we often find ourselves explaining the basics before we get to anything that matters.
Psychalyst was built, in part, for those people.
A cross-border team
Our practitioners come from different countries and have lived in more. We\'re trained to hold the complexity that comes with being from somewhere and now living somewhere else — the homesickness that isn\'t for a place, the family obligations that don\'t fit your new context, the cultural shift you didn\'t know you were going through.
We meet you wherever you are, in the language and context that feels closest to home.
What this looks like
Sessions across India, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, the US, and increasingly elsewhere. Therapists matched to you not just by approach but by lived experience. The same practitioner across countries and time zones, so the continuity holds even when life moves.
What it costs
Our rates start at $65 for a 60-minute session. We believe mental health should be accessible and affordable for everyone, no matter which passport you hold.
